On these website we will not give an overview of the current chemicals legislation. Information about these you will find actual on the official websites of the authorities. In menu "links" we present some useful information sites. As Regulatory Affairs Specialists we offer a comprehensive, expert advice in all kinds of chemicals legislation. Our service will be custom-made on demand of our partners in the chemical industries. Our service range is about classification of chemicals under hazardous substances legislation and transport legislation. We offer support in developing new formulations in terms of classification and labeling of the transport packaging.

Conditions générales de prestations : 1. Sauf contrordre, toute facture est payable au grand comptant, dans son intégralité. 2. Le travail réalisé par la mandataire (Quick.MSDS) est effectué sur base des éléments et informations fournis par le mandant (le client). La responsabilité de la mandataire ne pourra donc pas être invoquée dans le cas où des léments/informations (principalement concernant les composants des produits, etc.) n’auraient pas été portés à la connaissance de celle-ci. 3. Toute contestation doit être formulée par la voie postale recommandée ou contre accusé de réception en bonne et due forme, endéans les cinq jours calendrier à défaut de quoi elle ne sera plus recevable. 4. A défaut de paiement à l’échéance, nous serons en droit de réclamer une indemnité au taux de 10% avec un minimum de 100,00 €. Outre cette indemnité, un taux d’intérêt annuel de 12% sera également appliqué jusqu’au parfait paiement. Ces sanctions seront d’application sans mise en demeure préalable. Le principe de réciprocité est d’application, c’est-à-dire qu’en cas de manquement avéré de nos services, nous pourrons également être redevables d’une même indemnité et d’intérêts calculés au même taux. 5. En sus de l’indemnité et des intérêts dont question ci-avant, en cas de non paiement à l’échéance du terme convenu, les frais engendrés par l’introduction d’une procédure de recouvrement amiable seront également à charge du mauvais payeur. Ces frais sont fixés de commun accord à 50,00 € pour toute créance inférieure ou égale à 500,00 € et à 100,00 € pour un montant supérieur à 500,00 €. 6. Le vendeur se réserve la propriété des biens commandés/résultats des prestations jusqu’à l’acquittement de ses obligations par le client. 7. En cas de litige, seuls les Tribunaux de l’arrondissement judiciaire de Tournai sont compétents.
